RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Race bibs are non-transferable.

Participants must wear their race bib at all times during the race. The bib must be pinned in front of the shirt and visible. Participants not wearing their race bib may be removed from the course by race marshals.

Pets, bicycles, motorcycles, vehicles, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the race course except for official race and medical vehicles.

Participants receiving pacing or assistance from individuals who are not officially registered in the event may be disqualified.

Participants who start before the official start time of their race category will be disqualified. Participants who fail to start within 10 minutes after their respective gun start may also be disqualified and may not be allowed to continue the race. Disqualified participants will not receive official results.

Gun time will be used to determine the official winners of the race.

Participants must retire from the race immediately if instructed by race officials. The organizing committee, marshals, medical personnel, and security staff have the authority to remove any participant deemed physically unfit to continue.

A baggage deposit service will be available before the race starts. Participants are advised not to deposit valuables. The organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Hydration will be available at the finish line and at designated stations along the race route. Medical teams and ambulance services will be on standby throughout the event.

The race organizer reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations without prior notice if necessary for the safety and success of the event. Any protest regarding race results must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes after the official announcement of winners. A protest fee of Php 2,500 will be required for each written protest. The decision of the race organizer is final.
WAIVER / RELEASE AGREEMENT
I confirm that I have read and understood the registration details, rules, and regulations of this event. I acknowledge that I will participate only if I am medically fit and physically capable of completing the race.
I fully understand the nature and risks involved in participating in this event, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge RunMan Racing and SunRun Davao, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives (collectively referred to as the “Related Entities”), from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
I also certify that all information provided in my registration form is true, accurate, and complete.
Participants below 18 years old must have their registration approved by a parent or legal guardian.
